This bad boy takes care of the format war for you, playing both Blu-Ray and HD DVD discs, as well as offering HDMI, component, and composite video outputs, as well as optical, coaxial, and discrete 5.1 audio outputs. It might be expensive, but it’s also a do-everything video player that would make a great addition to your home theater.
